Write to the teamHow is it used?
Place the tip you want, tighten it with the included key and hold the power button for 2 to 3 seconds. Then choose the cleaning mode (soft, comfort or strong) and move it gently over the tooth. On first use, run it for 2–3 seconds and stop for 1 second; repeat several times so the tip reaches its best condition.
What does the kit include?
The ultrasonic dental cleaner, 2 pointed tips and 2 flat tips, dental mirror, dental probe, flat scaler, dental tweezers, tip key, USB-C charging cable and user manual.
What is the difference between the 3 cleaning modes?
Soft is ideal if you have sensitive teeth, Comfort is a balanced clean and Strong offers more intensity for a deep clean. If it is your first time, always start with Soft mode.
Can it remove tartar and plaque at home?
Garaldentist is a home ultrasonic dental cleaner designed to help remove tartar, plaque and surface stains as part of your personal hygiene. For stubborn tartar and stains, the manual recommends holding the tip at a 45° angle without staying too long on the same spot. It does not replace a check-up or professional treatment.
Is it safe? Can it make my gums bleed?
Avoid prolonged contact with the gums, as it can damage them. Touching the gum line may cause slight bleeding, even with healthy gums. If bleeding persists, stop using it and consult your dentist. If you have periodontal disease, talk to your dentist before using it. It is intended for adults.
Is it a substitute for the dentist?
No. Garaldentist is a personal hygiene product. It does not replace a check-up or professional treatment. If you have pain, bleeding or a dental condition, consult your dentist.
How do I charge it and which charger do I need?
It charges through the USB-C port with the included cable. For best performance, use a 5 W USB charger or a computer USB port. The device has a battery indicator.
How do I clean and maintain it?
After each use, remove the tip and rinse it with water. Wipe the body of the device with a cloth, without rinsing or submerging it, and do not use solvents or abrasive powders. Store it in a dry place.
How do I change the tip?
Insert the included key in position A and turn the tip counter-clockwise to release it. When fitting the new one, tighten it firmly but not too much: an over-tightened tip can damage the connection.
What are the technical specifications?

Can I return it?
