Availability and preparation
Products are shown as available unless they appear as out of stock. If there is an outdated stock shortage, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund the corresponding amount.
Shipping
We ship from Spain, Monday to Friday and through private transport companies, to Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time depend on the destination country: you will see them on the product page and before you complete the payment.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe with credit or debit card. We do not store your full card details.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unhandled and with its packaging and seal where applicable. Return costs are borne by the buyer in accordance with the published policy.
How to request a return
